All of us want to do the best job we can for our clients. We love the idea of learning new approaches, applying evidence-based practices, and discovering advances in treatment and rehabilitation that will make a difference in the lives of those we serve. Yet sometimes, it can seem really difficult to implement new models and programs.

I love to take complicated clinical and rehabilitation approaches and find simple, straightforward ways to explain them, and easy systems to make them work in practice. My approach is to make transformation practical and possible. I find that when we take a series of small, achievable steps, we can make enormous changes with minimal stress.
